The OTE® implants are made of a high grade austinic
chrome nickel, molybdenum steel. This steel has been approved by
Industrial Research & Development Center and The Pakistan Council of
Scientific & Industrial Research, Institutions. Furthermore these
types of steel meet all requirements for stainless steel used for
implants internationally as approved by the ISO committee ISO/TC 150
in the specification ISO 5832-part 1. The steel which is used for
OTE® implants are specified by the National Bureaus of
Standards in England, USA and Switzerland.
Vacuum melting of the basic material for OTE® implants
attain the extra ordinary high grade merit requested by the ISO
standard 5832 part1. Every product has an admirable surface finish.
The surface is electrically polished and is therefore chemically
passive and free from foreign substances. It reflects excellent
elasticity as well as and physical properties, no matter whether a
dynamic or static application is applied.
The preparing process, sizing accuracy, surface finish, as well as
